Elevator issues were a major inconvenience!!! Ice machines and pool towels were lacking. A few maintenance concerns need attention, like the hot tub's cleanliness and the overall upkeep of facilities!!!

I enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn in Sulphur Springs. The Queen Room featured clean facilities and comfortable beds, making for a restful night. The breakfast selection impressed me, aiding in the positive overall experience, despite the minor hiccup with the hot tub's cleanliness.

I stayed for 3 nights with my family. The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of options, and the hot tub was a nice touch. The staff was really helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a pleasant experience! 🍳

We had a fantastic time at the hotel while visiting the nearby outlet mall for some great shopping deals. The staff treated us like family, making our stay memorable, especially with the kids enjoying the delicious breakfast options every morning.

For dads, it would be great if there were more kid-friendly activities at the hotel.

We had a few logistical issues during our stay. the ice machines on our floor were out of order, and it was inconvenient not to have pool towels available. Overall, despite a few hiccups, my family enjoyed our time at the hotel and appreciated the space in the room as well as the delicious breakfast each day.
